These fancy hair clips are made from 2mm vegetable tanned leather and riveted onto a hair clip.
These cute Lorien-inspired Elvish Leaf Hair Clips are sure to delight any fantasy fan.
These lovingly handcrafted hair clips bring a touch of "Lord of the Rings" to your hairstyle.
Each individual sheet is colored by hand.
So no mass product, but each piece is unique.
You can wear these in your hair in different ways.
If you have thick or curly hair, you can simply slide the clip through your hair to hold a style in place.
Alternatively, if you have thinner or straight hair, you can secure your hairstyle with a hair band first and wear the hair clip over it!

All items are handmade by me in my small art studio.
All seams are sewn by hand with a sturdy saddle stitch.
Natural leathers that are dyed are dyed by hand using various processes. Therefore, no two parts will ever be exactly alike.
·*~•✦•••❖ COLORS & FINISHES ❖•••••✦•~*·
I only use water based paints. These colors can be combined by hand into new shades, so I get a large selection of different shades.
Every dyed leather gets at least a double applied finish.
The first care with high-quality leather care products is already applied before shipping.
·*~•✦•••❖ THE NATURE OF HANDCRAFT ❖•••••✦•~*·
While I endeavor to make as close to the product photo as possible, no two pieces will be exactly alike.
Leather is a natural material and you can expect variations in color and grain, discoloration or other slight imperfections. These marks add beauty to the leather, serve as proof of its authenticity and give each piece its UNIQUENESS.

I mainly use vegetable tanned leather, ie leather tanned with plant extracts (e.g. oak bark, chestnut trees, mimosa...) through a slow and eco-friendly process.
This leather is not waterproofed by tanning, which allows it to be worked with water to shape, dye and customize it.
That's why it's important to care for your item to give the leather the nutrients it needs. Over time, this results in a beautiful aging process (patina). The leather will patinate and darken slightly over time, which is a normal process.
